First day of a week in Spain on the mountian bike with sierracycling.
Just a few hours cycling today as I had to wait for a few others to arrived and to put the bike back together after taking it on the plane.
Once the others were all sorted the bikes were put in the minibus and headed to the hills.
The route was mainly down hill as most of the climbing was done in the mini bus (this is a holiday after all!)
The trails were realy dry, dusty and a bit like riding on marbles in places it takes a bit of getting used to.
After playing on the trails it was a ride back through the back roads to the sea front and along the prom to the house that was home for the week.
Word of warning here: careful when checking out the topless women on the beach as lamp posts hurt when you ride into them without braking! (wasn't me that done it) but one of the guys did. The rest of us didn't laugh (much)
